Terms of Use

Effective 18 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and TSRB Systems LLC for TSRB Meeting Producer. By creating an account, installing the application, or using the service, you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you are confirming that you may bind it.

1. What the service is

TSRB Meeting Producer is a Windows application that joins a meeting you have the right to join, captures its audio, video, and screen share, and makes them available as NDI output on your local network and as optional local recordings. This website and the services behind it handle accounts, licensing, and billing.

2. Your account

3. Recording, consent, and the law

You are responsible for having the right to capture what you capture. This is the most important obligation in these terms, and the one we cannot discharge for you.

Recording and retransmitting a meeting is regulated, and the rules differ by jurisdiction. Many places — Florida among them — require the consent of every participant, not just yours. Meetings may also be subject to confidentiality obligations, employment and privacy law, sector rules such as those covering health or financial information, and Zoom's own terms and host settings.

Before you capture anything, you must:

Because the media never reaches us, we cannot check any of this, and we do not. The application will capture what you point it at. Deciding whether you may is yours alone.

4. Licence to use the software

While your subscription is active and you are complying with these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the application for its intended purpose. We keep all rights we do not expressly grant.

You may not: copy or distribute the application beyond your own use; rent, resell, or offer it as a service to others; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble it except to the extent that law expressly permits despite this restriction; remove or alter any notice or signature; or work around its licensing, seat limits, or authentication.

5. Your content

Recordings and NDI output are yours. We claim no rights over them, and because they never reach our systems, we have no ability to access, moderate, restore, or delete them. Backing them up is your responsibility.

6. Zoom and other third-party services

Using the Zoom integration also means agreeing to Zoom's own terms, and your use of Zoom is between you and Zoom. We are not responsible for Zoom's availability, for changes it makes to its platform or policies, or for anything it does with data you give it directly. If Zoom withdraws or changes the access this product depends on, parts of the service may stop working, and we may have to change or discontinue features in response. The same applies to our other providers, including Stripe.

7. Subscriptions, seats, and payment

8. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. You can undo a pending cancellation any time before it takes effect.

Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we have clearly got something wrong — if you think we have, write to us and we will look at it properly.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to capture meetings you have no right to capture, to infringe anyone's rights, to attack or probe our systems without our written permission, to work around licensing or seat limits, or to interfere with anyone else's use of it.

10. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise a particular level of uptime and we do not offer a service-level agreement. We may take the service down for maintenance, and may change or withdraw features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give account holders reasonable notice by email and will not charge for a period we do not deliver. Support is by email at info@tsrbsys.com.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if your payment fails and stays unresolved, or if we are required to by law. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

12. Disclaimer

Except where the law does not allow it, the service and the application are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any capture or recording will succeed or be usable. Do not rely on this product as the only record of something you cannot repeat without testing it first and keeping an independent backup.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or lost or corrupted recordings, even if told such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TSRB Systems LLC from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or of the law — in particular any claim brought by a meeting participant about a capture or recording you made.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you may cancel. The current version always lives at meetingproducer.tsrbsys.com/terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Escambia County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to that venue. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

17. General

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Together with the Privacy Policy, these terms are the entire agreement between us about the service.
